COOKING DIRECTIONS:
  1. Season steak. (Tri-tip and Top Sirloin steaks can be marinated for 8-24 hours before grilling for more improved tenderness).
      
  2. Grill, broil or pan fry using medium-high heat, turning only once with tongs.
       
  3. Cook to desired tenderness.
